I just watched a man cut a fresh avocado in half, remove the pit, and dispense 1/4 of it in slices on a sandwich in about 10 seconds.
It was the most amazing avocado experience I've ever had. That man is an avocado artist.
Makes me wonder what he could do with a mango.
