My surprising "lack of affection" for avocado ice-cream might actually be a good thing...
I've previously considered starting my own novelty ice-cream shop and thought Feta Cheese Ice-Cream™ (with real chunks of feta) would be a big seller... (But not as big a seller as Barbecue Chicken Ice-Cream™)
But now I'm thinking I should reconsider mixing things I like into ice-cream and expecting the result to be incredibly delicious.
